Usage

Do each of the following exercises for at least 5 repetitions per body area. Before use, clean the skin thoroughly and apply a serum, cream or oil before massaging.

honey – Starting with the eyebrow, level, quickly and with medium pressure, drag the stone with the side or shorter edge to the hairline. This quick rubbing motion promotes better blood supply to the skin, so it may become red after each use.
Eyes – Start below the inner corner of the eye and with gentle pressure, drag the rounded edges of the stone along the eye contour to the hairline, move the stone from left to right a few times to gently massage the acupuncture point.
Eyebrows – Start in the middle between the brow bones and place the edges of the stone above and below the eyebrows, where you then massage the acupuncture point back and forth. Alternatively, you can lightly pat with the short lower edges of the stone under and above the arch of the eyebrow.
Cheek – Starting from the nostrils, use the longer side of the stone and with moderate pressure, stroke the cheek up to the hairline above the ear and then massage the acupuncture point in a circular motion.
Chin – Starting from the middle of the chin, move the stone past both ears around the chin line along the contour of the face. Press gently at the level of the jaw joint.
Neck and décolleté area – start with moderate pressure, move the side of the stone over the collarbone up to the chin. Where you gently massage the lower jawline back and forth. Start at the mid-level where the left and right collarbones meet and move the stone towards the edges of the ears to the bottom edge of the chin. Massage gently. Rub the lower, shorter edge of the stone just above the breast quickly and with moderate pressure over the cleavage area.

Clean the stone with clean water after use.
