Palo Santo is a magical tree that grows in South America. In Spanish, the name literally means "Sacred Tree".

Instructions for use:

Usage:
1. Light the Palo Santo stick with a candle, lighter or matches;
2. Hold the stick down at a 45 degree angle and let it burn for about 30-60 seconds;
3. Blow out the flame, place the stick in a heat-resistant container so that it burns.
The stick will extinguish itself or you can extinguish it.

Although the Palo Santo tree is not endangered, it is important to purchase Palo Santo that is sourced ethically and sustainably. This means that fallen branches are collected from living trees, without cutting down living trees. The Palo Santo sticks we offer are obtained in Peru and Ecuador. First-class sticks are matured for about 5 years to form and "ripen" the essential oils in their composition. The longer the wood is matured, the darker it is.
